Artemide | Ilio Floor Lamp Ruby Red Collection
MODEL OPTIONS:
Ilio Floor Lamp by Artemide. With simple geometry, stripped of all formal digressions and reduced to its basics, Ilio draws attention through saturated color, available in 7 variations. A mono-material aluminum cylinder supports a 39W LED optical engine on the top, which produces high-efficiency diffused indirect light emissions. With a flow of more than 2700 lumen and an 80% yield, it ensures the general lighting of a room. Ilio Floor Lamp by Artemide is designed by Ernesto Gismondi.
Founded in Milan in 1959, Artemide is the definitive Italian lighting brand — the company behind some of the most iconic lamps ever made. The Tizio (Richard Sapper, 1972) conducts electricity through its counterbalanced arm, eliminating visible cables entirely. The Tolomeo (Michele De Lucchi, 1987) adjusts to any angle with one hand and never dates. The Nesso mushroom, the mouth-blown Gople, the modular Alphabet of Light by BIG — each one a permanent reference point in contemporary design, several in MoMA's permanent collection.
Artemide calls its philosophy "The Human Light" — the idea that a lamp should respond to the person using it, not the other way around. Every piece is engineered to be adjusted, repositioned, and lived with for decades. LED technology is integrated without compromise: the brand has won five Red Dot Awards, two Interior Design Best of Year Awards, and the iF Product Design Award for a collaboration with Mercedes-Benz.
As an authorised Artemide retailer, Modernnest carries the full collection — table, floor, wall, pendant and outdoor — with free shipping on most orders.
