Avico from Fontana Arte is a Pendant lamp. Mounting Rose in Chrome-plated metal. The large diffuser is available in a two tone silver/white, black/white. Custom colors like metallic silver and metallic gold are available for contract project on orders over 20 units or more. Suspension cable is finished in stainless steel. Fontana Arte was founded in 1932 by the architect Gio Ponti. In the early years Fontana Arte was knows for its advanced glass making and stained glass applications. Gio Ponti designed the first glass lighting and interior applications in collaboration with Pietro Chiesa. Today the Fontana Arte collection includes design by Max Ingrand, David Chipperfield, Vico Magistretti, Franco Raggi. Foster & Parnters, Charles Williams. The Fontana Arte Lighting collection includes such classics like Falena, Flute, A Max, Duplex, Sillaba, Fontana, Lampara, and 2198TA.
