Uovo Table lamp from FontanaArte is one of the classic table lamps in the collection. These egg shapes lights feature a white painted metal base frame. The lamp shade are in satin white blown glass. Available in three different sizes. Designed by Archivio Storico, 1972
Fontana Arte was founded in 1932 by the architect Gio Ponti. In the early years Fontana Arte was knows for its advanced glass making and stained glass applications. Gio Ponti designed the first glass lighting and interior applications in collaboration with Pietro Chiesa. Today the Fontana Arte collection includes design by Max Ingrand, David Chipperfield, Vico Magistretti, Franco Raggi. Foster & Parnters, Charles Williams. The Fontana Arte Lighting collection includes such classics like Falena, Flute, A Max, Duplex, Sillaba, Fontana, Lampara, and 2198TA.
